Terms and Conditions for Christmas Sale:
- The Christmas Sale is valid from 6/12/23 to 31/12/23, inclusive.
- Customers may exchange purchased items for a different size within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size is not in stock, alternative arrangements will be discussed.
- Refunds will only be issued in the event of a simultaneous return of both the steamer and boots.
- No individual refunds will be provided for either the steamer or boots unless both items are returned together.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 10 business days to reflect in the customer's account.
Conditions for Exchange/Refund:
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and labels attached.
- The original purchase receipt must be presented for any exchange or refund requests.
- Damaged or used items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- Items purchased during the Christmas Sale cannot be exchanged or refunded after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Shipping and Handling:
- Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges, unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.
- It is recommended to use a trackable shipping method for all returns.
