Terms and Conditions for Christmas Sale:

  1. Sale Period:

    • The Christmas Sale is valid from 6/12/23 to 31/12/23, inclusive.
  2. Exchange Policy:

    • Customers may exchange purchased items for a different size within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size is not in stock, alternative arrangements will be discussed.
  3. Refund Policy:

    • Refunds will only be issued in the event of a simultaneous return of both the steamer and boots.
    • No individual refunds will be provided for either the steamer or boots unless both items are returned together.
    • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 10 business days to reflect in the customer's account.
  4. Conditions for Exchange/Refund:

    • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and labels attached.
    • The original purchase receipt must be presented for any exchange or refund requests.
    • Damaged or used items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
    • Items purchased during the Christmas Sale cannot be exchanged or refunded after 30 days from the date of purchase.
  5. Shipping and Handling:

    • Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges, unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.
    • It is recommended to use a trackable shipping method for all returns.

By participating in the Christmas Sale, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Xcel Wetsuits Australia reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters related to exchanges and refunds.
