URBN SURF SESSIONS

Promoter:
This competition is being conducted by Xcel Wetsuits Australia. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with URBN SURF.

Eligibility:
The competition is open to individuals aged 18+ who are residents of Australia wide.

Entry Period:
The competition begins on 2nd September and ends on 30th September at 11:59pm. Entries submitted outside of the Entry Period will not be considered.

How to Enter:
To enter the competition, participants must purchase a wetsuit from our website. For extra entries, follow us on Instagram and our mailing list. Multiple entries are allowed.

Prize:
The winner(s) will receive 9 sessions at either URBN surf Melbourne or URBN surf Sydney. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winner will be notified via email within 7 days after the competition ends. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.

Publicity:
By entering, participants agree to have their name, Instagram handle, and likeness used for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Data Protection:
Personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy

Liability:
Xcel Wetsuits Australia accepts no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.

Amendments:
Xcel Wetsuits Australia reserves the right to modify or terminate this competition at any time without prior notice.
