  1. How long does the warranty last?
  • Our warranty covers your Xcel wetsuit for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  1. What if I don’t have my original receipt?
  • We accept alternative proofs of purchase, such as bank statements, as long as they clearly show the purchase of the wetsuit.
  1. What happens if my claim is approved?
  • If your claim is approved, we will either provide a replacement wetsuit or issue a refund, depending on the availability of the product and the nature of the defect.
  1. Do I need to send my wetsuit back to Xcel?
  • In some cases, we may ask you to send the wetsuit back for inspection. If required, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
  1. What if my wetsuit is out of warranty?
  • If your wetsuit is out of warranty or the issue is not covered, we will connect you with a third-party repair service that can assist you directly.
  1. Can I still get my wetsuit repaired if it’s not covered under warranty?
  • Yes, you can contact our recommended third-party repair service for assistance. They specialize in wetsuit repairs and can help you get your wetsuit back in action.
  1. How long does it take to process a warranty claim?
  • We aim to review all warranty claims within 14 business days. If your claim is approved, the replacement or refund process will begin shortly after.
  1. Will I need to pay for shipping?
  • If your warranty claim is approved, Xcel will cover the shipping costs for sending your wetsuit to us (if required) and for any replacement product.
